Using go links on mobile browsers

Using go links on mobile browser without DNS entry

In most cases, using go links on mobile browsers requires our browser extension to accomplish redirecting you to your destination resource, however, most mobile browsers do not provide browser extension support.

Recently, Apple started supporting extensions on their mobile Safari browser. You can learn more about our Safari browser extension here.

On all other devices, in order to use your go links on mobile browsers, instead of typing go/keyword, you will have to enter golinks.io/keyword.

As with the desktop experience, you will still need to authenticate with GoLinks in order to access your resource.

Using GoLinks on mobile browser with DNS entry

If you are on a company network that has a DNS entry setup with GoLinks, you will be able to use go links as you commonly would with go/keyword. Please reach out to your IT team to see if your company has this set up.
