I forgot my password for GoLinks, what steps can I take to access to my account?
GoLinks relies on password-free authentication. If you ever encounter difficulties accessing your GoLinks account due to a forgotten password, this article will guide you through the steps to regain access.
To access your go links account on Non-SSO enabled companies:
- Navigate to the login screen
- Enter your work email address
- Choose either G Suite or “Send me a sign-in link”
If you choose “Send me a sign-in link”, check your email for the sign-in link. Simply click the link, or copy and paste the link into your browser.
To access your go links account on SSO enabled companies:
- Navigate to the login screen
- Enter your work email address
- Choose the SSO login option
If you forgot your password to your SSO provider or to Google, you will need to reach out to your IT administrator to have them reset your password.
