It looks like you hit the Bug in the Safari Extension Beta!
There is a bug in the Safari API that prevents the extension from redirecting in specific edge case scenarios.
To resolve this issue, you’ll need to either:
- Clear your history at Safari > Clear History… > All History
- Or make sure to select the “Google Search” option in the address bar autocomplete by pressing the “⬇” (Down arrow key) before clicking enter.
