How can I upgrade my free workspace to a paid plan?
Go to Settings > Billing & plans to view and select a plan. If you are interested in a GoLinks Enterprise plan, please fill out the form to contact our Sales team.
How can I downgrade a plan?
To downgrade your Pro plan, please reach out to us here requesting a downgrade.
If you are an annual subscriber, you will be responsible until the end of your contract. If you are a monthly subscriber, your plan will be downgraded the following month.
If you are on an Enterprise plan and want to downgrade to a Pro plan, you can do so in the “configure plan options” menu. If you would like to downgrade to our free option, please contact your customer success manager or support@golinks.io.
