In your personal settings, you are able to update your profile’s email notification settings. Below is a description of each email type, as well as instructions on how to turn your notifications on/off
Basic Interaction Emails
These emails are automated emails including general action reminders.
Insight Emails
Your weekly rundown emails given on the analytics on your personal usage as well as the usage of your team. This can be beneficial for understanding which go links work best for you, as well as view the popular go links amongst your team. Whether you are creating new go links, or using already existing ones, it helps you understand where you compare in your workspace.
Product Announcements
Any product updates or new information about Golinks will be shared with you.
Turning Off/On Notifications
Below are instructions on how to turn off your Basic Interaction Emails, Insight Emails, or Product Announcements:
- On the left-hand rail of your Golinks dashboard, click Settings > then click Personal.
- There will be a Profile tab where you can add your name, picture, and role. You want to click the Notifications tab to the right of it.
- Select the box next to the type of notification you would like to turn off.
- Click “Save Changes”.
- To turn the notifications back on, select the previously deselected boxes, then “Save Changes”.
