GoLinks® Multi-links: Access Multiple Resources with One Go Link

Introducing a brand new GoLinks feature:

🔗Multi-links 🔗

With multi-links, you have the ability to open multiple resources at once in separate tabs. This feature helps you save even more time throughout your workday since you don’t have to type a go link for every single resource you need.

How to create GoLinks multi-links

Step 1: Go to the GoLinks dashboard or use the browser extension to create a go link

Step 2: Select “Multi-link” from the top menu

Step 3: Name your multi-link

Step 4: Select multiple destination go links

Step 5: Add Tags and a Description of your multi-link (Not seeing Tags? Check out our Pro plan!)

Step 6: Create your multi-link and start saving time!

  • Marketing: A content marketer needs to create a new blog article. For this project, they use Grammarly, WordPress, ChatGPT, Semrush, and Google Docs. They create the multi-link “go/blog-creation” that opens all of these apps at the same time.
  • Engineering: A developer needs to collaborate on a coding task. For this type of project, they use Jira to track sprint tasks and GutHub to write code. They create a multi-link named “go/engineering-tools” to share with teammates so they can access all project context easily.
  • Customer Support: A support rep performs quarterly business reviews and uses a Google doc for conversation starters, Jira for task management, and Excel to track customers. They create a multi-link named “go/qbr-building” to pull up all these resources at once.

Streamlined workflows

By grouping related resources together, multi-links facilitate streamlined workflows, allowing users to access all necessary tools and information in one go.

Reduced cognitive load

With multi-links, users can avoid the mental strain of remembering and typing individual go links for each resource, leading to reduced cognitive load and improved focus on tasks.

Improved collaboration

Multi-links can be shared among team members, enabling seamless cross-departmental collaboration by ensuring everyone has quick access to the same set of resources needed for a project or task.

Customizable and scalable

Multi-links are highly customizable, allowing users to create and organize links according to their specific needs and preferences. Additionally, as the number of resources grows, multi-links offer a scalable solution for efficiently managing access to them.

With multi-links, navigating the digital landscape becomes even easier, empowering your team to be their most productive selves.
